A SkyTrain was evacuated at Marine Drive Station on the Canada Line Tuesday afternoon due to a stalled train.
TransLink spokesperson Anne Drennan said a train suffered a sudden loss of power, but it is not known why at this time.
Full service between Bridgeport Station and Marine Drive Station is expected to resume by 3 p.m.
TransLink is not able to confirm reports of a fire at this time, but fire crews were on scene at the station. Drennan said passengers in the train that was evacuated may have seen arcing, which is not uncommon.
