REGINA – Regina’s outdoor rinks are now ready for skaters.
All boarded outdoor rinks opened Thursday and maintenance crews are currently building up ice levels on non-boarded rinks, including the one at Victoria Park.
Currently, the city maintains 23 boarded rinks and 37 non-boarded rinks.
The majority of the outdoor rinks have lights that are activated by a push button.

The 1,000 metre speed oval track in Mount Pleasant Sports Park is also open.
Skaters are reminded to use their judgment on outdoor rinks. The rinks are also subjects to weather conditions.
