EDMONTON – Police believe a bright yellow Pontiac Sunfire or Chevrolet Cavalier was used during a southwest Edmonton homicide.
Kathleen Emma Morton, 27, was shot and killed in July in the area of 49 Avenue and 111A Street.
Police found Morton suffering from gunshot wounds in a basement suite. She later died in hospital.

Edmonton police believe the homicide was targeted and linked to drugs.
Shortly after the killing homicide investigators said they were looking for two suspects who left the home in a small, two-door black vehicle.
The first suspect was described as a 6’2″ olive-skinned man in his mid-to-late 20s, approximately 250 lbs, husky build, with long black hair. He was last seen wearing a white and blue T-shirt.
The second suspect was said to be a 6’0″ olive-skinned man in his mid-to-late 20s, slim build with black hair and was last seen wearing a black shirt and blue jeans.
Police hope the new information about the vehicle will bring forward witnesses.
