“We are working with our partners to create better transit for Toronto.”
Minister of Transportation Stephen Del Duca says PRESTO gives commuters transportation options.
“Toronto residents lead busy lives and commuters need to know they have travel options that are convenient, safe and reliable, that will encourage them to leave their cars at home and take transit instead ” Del Duca said.
“PRESTO will launch on 10 to 15 more streetcars each day until all 230 legacy streetcars are PRESTO enabled.”
