OTTAWA – Interim Liberal Leader Bob Rae is urging Canadians to enlist with his party as it rebuilds itself.
Rae is marking the first anniversary of the election that reduced the once-mighty Liberals to a third-party rump.

He says the party is restructuring itself to reach out to more people.
And he says he’s seeking new ideas and direction for the party.
Rae has been interim leader since Michael Ignatieff lost his seat in the last vote.
The party is still working on the details of its next formal leadership campaign.
