$100K in drugs and equipment seized from central Alberta grow op

EDMONTON – Nearly $100,000 of marijuana was seized from a central Alberta grow operation.

RCMP and the ALERT Green Team North conducted a search warrant on a property in the village of Alix, Alta.

Officers found 78 marijuana plants, worth an estimated $93,000, as well as $7,000 in grow op equipment.

Police have not said if anyone has been arrested or charged.
