Snapchat is down for some and users are not happy about it

Photo sharing app Snapchat is experiencing intermittent issues, leaving some users unable to send “Snaps” – and people are not happy about it.

The app confirmed the problem in a tweet early Tuesday; however, according to social media posts, the issues still persist.

The issue appears to be affecting users in the U.S., Europe and Australia. But Snapchat users around the Global News studio had no issue viewing or sending Snaps.

Those without access to their snaps painted a bleak picture on Twitter.

“MY FRIEND AND I HAVE A 85 SNAPCHAT STREAK GOING AND WE WOULD REALLY LIKE TO CONTINUE IT,” one user tweeted at the official Snapchat Support Twitter account – yes, in all caps.
