WINNIPEG — Manitoba Hydro has filed for a rate increase of 3.95 per cent for 2016. This comes after a 3.95 per cent increase was approved for 2015.
The Crown electrical utility originally asked the Public Utilities Board to approve the increase as part of its General Rate Application last May.
