KELOWNA – Police say a single vehicle roll-over crash Friday in Kelowna was likely the result of the driver going too fast.
It happened at about 1:00 p.m. on Lakeshore Road near Okanagan Mountain Provincial Park.
The car was northbound when it crossed the centre line and went off the road.
It rolled about 15 metres over an embankment, ending up on its roof.
The driver and his passenger suffered minor injuries.
The attending RCMP officer says excessive speed in relation to the slippery road conditions is the suspected cause.
