Edmonton police investigating drive-by shooting in Glengarry

EDMONTON — Edmonton police were called to investigate a suspected drive-by shooting in the north side Glengarry neighbourhood early Monday morning.

The shooting happened around 3 a.m. near the corner of 89th Street and 134th Avenue. It’s believed suspects drove past two townhouses and fired several bullets at each. A number of shell casings were found at the scene. No injuries were reported.

The crime scene was still taped off when the sun came up. Police have not identified any suspects in connection with the shooting, but are searching for information.
