Police are questioning two suspects in connection with an attempted carjacking in Beddington Tuesday afternoon.
A man was working on his vehicle outside of his home on Berwick Rise NW, when two men, armed with a knife and a gun, approached him.

When the men demanded his vehicle, the owner grabbed a tire iron and confronted them.
The suspects then fled on foot.
There’s no word yet if the pair police arrested have been charged.
Police say it’s never a good idea to take on armed suspects alone.
