Bricker’s mother Bonnie says the vigil is meant to help guide him home but also to push for changes to the Personal Health Information Act.
Bricker, who suffers from depression, has been missing since October 23 when he was discharged from a local hospital just after 3 a.m.
His family organized a search that began yesterday morning at The Forks. Around 100 people came out to help but no new information or leads were uncovered.
