Kelowna RCMP on the lookout for Halloween groper

KELOWNA — Kelowna RCMP is asking for the public’s help finding the suspect in a sexual touching incident in Rutland around 8 p.m. on Halloween night.

“A male in costume attempted to touch an underage female in the Rutland area,” says Staff Sgt. Froehlich

The man was described as having a dark beard and dressed as a female wearing pink tights, pink top with gold shorts or trim, t-shirt and wearing a long blonde wig.

Anyone with information is asked to contact RCMP.

There have been several groping and indecent exposure incidents in the Rutland area over the past few weeks. It is not known whether any of the cases are related.
