Daring feats of derring-do in the Old Port

MONTREAL – World renowned highliner, Ryan Robinson was in Montreal Sunday afternoon to attempt a record-breaking stunt.

It was quite a show as Robinson, perched over 24 metres in the air, walked across a two-and-a-half centimetre wide webbing with the Old Port as a backdrop.

With necks craned upwards, the crowd gasped as Robinson lost his footing and fell half-way through his 300 metre journey.

Luckily, Robinson was tethered to the slackline and was able to pull himself back up.

There is no word yet on whether Robinson will attempt the feat again in the near future.
