WINNIPEG — Near zero visibility is on the way for the city of Winnipeg, all of southern Manitoba and parts of central.
Patches of fog are expected to start late Thursday evening and develop into near zero visibility overnight. The fog is expected to last until Friday morning according to a fog advisory issued by Environment Canada.
The fog will dissipate Friday morning but low cloud and drizzle could last through the morning. Strong southerly winds will develop Friday afternoon improving the conditions throughout the day.
The weather will continue to improve through the weekend with Saturday forecasted to be hot and sunny at 29 C.
