The 19-year-old driver from Vancouver remained at the scene and was cooperative with police.

Alcohol is not believed to have been a factor, but the investigation continues.

The vehicle was towed for mechanical testing and officers have seized video from the area.

This is Vancouver’s tenth fatal collision this year.
