GO bus crash shuts Union Station terminal  

WATCH ABOVE: A spokesperson for Metrolinx said on Monday a GO bus mounted the curb at the Union Station terminal where it crashed into a pillar on the platform.

TORONTO — GO bus services from Union Station remain suspended Monday after a crash at the Bay Street terminal.

The bus reportedly smashed into a pillar on a platform just after 2 p.m., shattering the windshield and leaving it wedged beneath a roof overhang.

No injuries were reported, but the terminal remains closed as crews investigate the cause of the crash.

The station is closed until further notice and GO is recommending riders board trains at Union Station.
