Alberta may feel brunt of looming U.S. climate change legislation

A consensus about the impact of carbon dioxide emissions on climate change might not be at hand, but economists, scientists and business leaders at the Global Business Forum agreed the impact will be felt in the form of higher costs and tighter regulations as governments forge ahead to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
