Less than two months after being released from prison after serving time for a manslaughter conviction, Calgary Police are searching for 28-year-old Kevin Ronald Brooks.
Brooks was released in June after serving a federal sentence for manslaughter, but now police say he’s wanted on three warrants.
Officers went to Brooks’ residence on September 4, 2015 after an alarm sounded because his monitoring device was removed.

He has a history of violent assaults against strangers, people known to him, and peace officers in Edmonton, Drumheller and Saint John.
Brooks is 160 pounds, six feet tall with brown hair and eyes. He has several tattoos including one around his neck and tear drops by the corner of his right eye.
Anyone that knows of Brooks’ whereabouts is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
