LONGUEUIL – An early morning fire in an abandoned house led to an interesting discovery for firefighters – a marijuana grow-op.
It happened just after midnight on De Lorimier Street near Hubert Street in Longueuil.
It took 30 firefighters about one hour to fight the blaze.
When they entered the home, they found several pot plants inside.
The fire was caused by electrical problems.
