Man in critical condition after falling 15 metres at Waterton National Park

CALGARY – A man is fighting for his life in a Calgary hospital tonight after injuring himself in a fall at Waterton Lakes National Park.

STARS says it happened at Cameron Falls Sunday afternoon.

It’s not clear exactly what happened, but the man is believed to have fallen about 15 metres and suffered serious injuries.

He was transported to hospital in Cardston before being airlifted to Foothills hospital by STARS.

While being airlifted, he was listed in life-threatening condition.
