MONTREAL – One man is in hospital with gunshot wounds after an attempted robbery and murder at a bar in NDG.
It happened just after midnight Friday at the Liquid Lounge bar on Sherbrooke Street, near Grey Avenue.

A suspect made his way into the restaurant and opened fire on the bartender, wounding him in the lower body.
The suspect then fled on foot.
Police have erected a security perimeter around the area and a search is underway.
The 26-year-old bartender is in serious, but stable condition.
