SAINT-BASILE-LE-GRAND – Police are investigating after a mobile home went up in flames in Saint-Basile-le-Grand, on Montreal’s South Shore.
The fire was apparently deliberately set in a shed attached to the mobile house.
Flames quickly spread to the home, destroying it in the process.
Firefighters were called in from nearby municipalities to help fight the blaze.
There was no one inside the home at the time as the occupants are away on vacation.
