CALGARY – Others may head for the beauty of a tropical beach, but a Calgary couple has another destination in mind for their wedding.
Kyle Mosby and Robin Gawreluck are exchanging vows at the Spyhill Landfill.
Gawreluck said she thought it was a joke when Mosby suggested it.

But she’s since warmed to the idea, both of them wanting to do something different for their big day.
Mosby works at Spyhill as a labourer, while Gawreluck also works for the city as a gardener.
They won’t actually be tying the knot amidst the piles of garbage, instead holding the ceremony Aug. 29 on a deck outside the landfill office.
They’re also hosting the reception there, complete with a barbecue and a blues band.
