Federal Election 2015: Durham riding results

Real time live results available on Monday, October 19 2015 after polls close. Overall results will be available here.

Summary: Conservative MP and Minister of Veterans Affairs Erin O’Toole is seeking re-election. He won this riding in a 2012 by-election after Conservative MP Bev Oda resigned, following controversy about expenses she charged to taxpayers.

Boundaries: This riding is geographically much smaller than it was in 2011. Uxbridge has moved into the new riding of Pickering-Uxbridge. The southeast portion of the Regional Municipality of Durham is now part of the new Northumberland-Peterborough South riding. The current riding includes the city of Oshawa north of Taunton Road, Bowmanville, the township of Scugog, and the Mississaugas of Scugog First Nation.
