MONTREAL – An accident in downtown Montreal sent two women to hospital with minor injuries Wednesday night.
It happened around 10:30 p.m. when a car heading west on René-Levesque Boulevard ran a red light and hit another vehicle going north on Robert-Bourassa Boulevard.
The second vehicle flipped over when the two cars collided.
Both drivers, a 19-year-old woman and a woman in her 50s, were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
There were four passengers in one car and three in the other, but no one was injured.
