TORONTO — Maggie Poukkula was described by someone Tuesday as “officially the coolest teenager on the planet” after she posted what turned out to be photos of the first ever Nirvana concert.

Fans of the grunge band are thrilled the 19-year-old shared photos on July 15 of her father Tony jamming in the basement of hsi Raymond, Wash. home with Kurt Cobain in 1987.

Poukkula didn’t know exactly what she had unearthed until media outlets around the world took notice.

The three snapshots show Tony Poukkula — now part of Seattle band Laytem — jamming with Cobain, who had only recently turned 20, and bandmates Krist Novoselic and Aaron Burckhard.
