KELOWNA — He was caught in the act, now police are asking for your help to find him.
If you’ve seen the man pictured above and your tip leads to his arrest, the City of Kelowna will give you a $500 reward, as part of its “Turn in a Tagger” program.

The city spent more than $280,000 on graffiti removal in 2014, dealing with more than 500 removal requests every month.
