WATCH ABOVE: BBC News correspondent Conor Macauley was recording footage for an upcoming story when nature called for Button the lamb.
If you’re going to hang out with farm animals wearing casual business attire, you should probably bring a lot of paper towels – or even better – a mop.
That’s the message after BBC News Northern Ireland correspondent Conor Macauley got some love from three-month-old Button the lamb in the form of warm, wet urine splashing all over his leg.
Macauley was in the midst of filming a short promotion for a story about Button and her apparent life of luxury, when he knelt down, patted the lamb on the rear and became a victim of Button’s bladder.
An observer, presumably Macauley’s cameraperson, could be heard laughing in the background as the reporter stood up and started shaking his leg out with a grin.
Macauley’s mishap has been watched more than 35,000 times, at the time of this writing, since being posted Wednesday on YouTube.
