HALIFAX – Halifax RCMP say one man is in custody after a single vehicle crash on highway 207 on Thursday morning.
At 9:25 a.m. RCMP responded to an accident on the highway near Porter’s Lake. Police say the driver of the vehicle left the scene of the accident.

Witnesses on the scene believed alcohol may have been a factor in the accident.
RCMP called in the Halifax Regional Police K-9 Unit to locate the individual.
He was soon found, arrested, and is to undergo a breathalizer test.
Police say the driver of the vehicle sustained no major injuries.
