TORONTO — The pilot for a futuristic series from Matt Damon and Ben Affleck will be shot in Toronto this summer.
The pair’s Pearl Street Productions is behind Incorporated, which will be co-produced by CBS Television Studios and Universal Cable Productions.
The pilot was ordered earlier this year by U.S. cable channel Syfy.
It follows business executive Ben Larson, who changes his identity to infiltrate a corporate world that is more powerful than ever in order to save the woman he loves.

Incorporated was created by David and Alex Pastor.
Damon and Affleck, who will serve as executive producers, made most of Good Will Hunting in Toronto in 1997. The movie earned them an Oscar for Best Original Screenplay.
“Incorporated provides us distinct insight into a world dictated by our decisions today,” the two stars explained in a statement in April.
“Viewers will delve into the intricacies of our future, one that we are constantly warned of but as a society have not yet explored. We believe this is an important and timely story to tell.”
Casting details have not yet been announced.
The pilot for Incorporated is expected to begin filming in August.
Syfy currently airs a number of made-in-Canada series, including Defiance, Dark Matter, Killjoys, 12 Monkeys, Bitten, Continuum, Ascension, Haven, Helix, Lost Girl and The Expanse.
