Police looking for leads into missing Saskatchewan man

PRINCE ALBERT, Sask. – Police are looking for leads in a missing person investigation. Troy Cecil Napope, 23, was reported missing by his family after last being seen on May 28 in Prince Albert, Sask.

A car fire that morning may be connected to Napope’s disappearance.

Mounties say the fire on Whitfield Road just north of Highway 3 in the RM of Buckland happened the morning Napope was last seen.

The car was a grey four-door 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix.

Prince Albert RCMP are also asking anyone who spotted the Grand Prix and its occupants during the evening of May 27 or the morning of May 28 or who may have seen any suspicious activity in or around Whitfield road in the early morning hours of May 28 to contact them at 1-306-765-5500 or Crime Stoppers at 1-200-222-8477.
