CALGARY – One person was badly injured in a crash near Banff on Monday.
It happened on the Trans-Canada Highway near Sunshine Road.

EMS say the victim suffered serious injuries.
They were taken to hospital in Banff by ambulance, and then air lifted to hospital in Calgary by STARS Air Ambulance.
