WEST KELOWNA – The charge has been upgraded now that a man has died after being stabbed during a fight with another man.
It happened April 29th at a four-plex on Solar Road in West Kelowna where Kevin McNally, 44, was stabbed in the chest.

The 44-year-old died in hospital three days later.
Jose Amestica, 50, was charged with aggravated assault but is now charged with second-degree murder.
His next court appearance is Tuesday in Kelowna.
Police are urging anyone who witnessed the altercation between the two men to contact the West Kelowna RCMP at 250-768-2880 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
