“Similar to my bet with Mayor Robertson of Vancouver, Mayor Tait and I have agreed to wear the winning city’s jersey in council, as well as make a donation to a local charity in the winning city,” wrote Mayor Nenshi. “But, as it is round two, we’ve had to raise the stakes.”

The new twist is that the losing city’s mayor will sing a song at city council chosen by the winning city’s mayor. Nenshi chose “Alberta Bound” by Paul Brandt.
