KELOWNA – He’s being blamed for causing a five-vehicle crash in Kelowna.
Now a 56-year-old Penticton man is facing possible criminal and Motor Vehicle Act charges.
The pile-up happened Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of Harvey Avenue and Ethel Street.
RCMP say a witness reported the driver of a pickup truck failed to stop, causing the chain reaction crash.

The driver walked away but was located shortly afterwards by police.
He and two others were treated at hospital for minor injuries.
