TORONTO — Less than a year after tying the knot with actor Zachary Levi, Canadian actress Missy Peregrym has filed for divorce.

The 32-year-old Rookie Blue star filed papers on April 6 in California, citing irreconcilable differences.

The date of separation is listed as Dec. 3, 2014. Peregrym was solo at the Canadian Screen Awards in Toronto on March 1 but was wearing a wedding ring.

Peregrym, a native of Montreal who was raised in B.C. and currently divides her time between Toronto and Los Angeles, married Levi, 34, in Maui last June.

Levi, best known for his lead role on the TV series Chuck, is in Toronto until September working on the new series Heroes Reborn. (Peregrym had a recurring role on one season of the original Heroes.)
