CALGARY – Calgary lawyers are using big Disney hits to get people interested in finding out more about Alberta’s judicial system – staging a mock court battle between Cinderella and Elsa from Frozen.
It’s a dispute over who’s the real owner of the glass slipper and features local lawyers playing the main characters: Aladdin and Ariel of The Little Mermaid will also make an appearance at Saturday’s “Law Day” at the Calgary Courts Centre.

The event runs from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and includes tours of the cells and other part of the centre, a display of confiscated items, a chance to meet Rusty the border patrol sniffer dog and more than 50 information booths and exhibits.
