KELOWNA – A man is facing two arson charges in connection with a condominium fire in Kelowna.
On December 8th, a condo complex on de Montreuil Court was evacuated after a blaze was reported in one of the units.
Fire crews doused the flames, which were contained to one bedroom, then called in the RCMP as there were indications the fire was suspicious.
There were no injuries and smoke damage was limited to one floor of the building.
Aaron James Rodney Unger has been charged with arson damaging property and arson in relation to an inhabited property.
Unger has been released on bail and returns to court later this month.
