VANCOUVER – Police in Langley have closed an area around 201 Street and 56 Avenue, following a stabbing this morning.
Officers were called to the area at 5:50 a.m.

Police say the victim, who has not been identified, is in serious but stable condition in hospital. A 32-year-old man is in custody.
At this point, police do not think the victim and suspect knew each other and the motive for the attack is not known.
