MONTREAL – Police are looking for 16-year-old Elizabeth McCarten, who was last seen leaving her home on March 14.
She is 5 feet tall, weighs 90 lb, has blonde hair and blue-green eyes.
She was last seen wearing a black coat and pants and may be in the St-Laurent area.
