Garbage truck rollover closes northbound Allen Expressway

TORONTO – The northbound lanes of the Allen Expressway are closed due to a garbage truck rollover Wednesday morning.

The incident happened just before 6 a.m. north of Eglinton Ave. W.

EMS say the driver of the truck was transported to hospital with minor injuries.

All northbound lanes are currently blocked between Eglinton and Lawrence.

There’s no timeline when the lanes will reopen to traffic.
