LLOYDMINSTER, Alta. – RCMP say human remains have been found after an exhaustive search of the Lloydminster landfill site that began last Friday.
The search was precipitated by a 911 call on November 19, alerting RCMP to reports of a woman who had suffered medical difficulties following childbirth. The newborn could not be located by responding officers, and subsequent investigation led to the landfill site.
