He had made the shortlist but, on Monday, Mars One released the list of the final 100 candidates.
Reyno did not make the cut; no other Nova Scotian did.
Seven Canadians are now in the last and final round of the selection process: Daniel Criger of Waterloo, Ont.; James Berdahl of Whitehorse, Yukon .; Reginald Foulds of Toronto; Andreea Radulescu of Toronto; Joanna Hindle of Whistler, B.C.; Karen Cumming of Burlington, Ont.; and Susan Weinreich of Vancouver, B.C.
The final 100 candidates will now receive training in a copy of the Mars outpost.
