REGINA – The Saskatchewan Roughriders announced on Friday they have signed quarterback Tino Sunseri to a new deal.

Sunseri will stay with the Riders for his third season after signing with the team following his playing career at the University of Pittsburgh.

The 26-year-old dressed in all 18 games last season, starting in four games and passing for 973 yards and six touchdowns.

Sunseri was a member of the Riders when the team won the Grey Cup in 2013.
