EDMONTON – Edmonton police are looking to the public for help in identifying a man they say may be involved with two recent assaults in Mill Woods.
Most recently, a 24-year-old woman was allegedly assaulted Tuesday night near Mill Woods Road and 80th Street. A man approached the woman from behind and produced a weapon, though she was able to escape without injury.

On Friday, November 11 a woman was stabbed in the area of Knotwood Road. Police believe the same suspect to be responsible for both attacks.
“The only person responsible for these assaults is the offender,” said Det. Tim Arndt with Southeast Division.
Police describe the suspect as a dark-skinned male, in his late teens to early 20’s, with a skinny build, short dark brown hair, and between 5’8″ – 5’10” tall.
