MONTREAL – A section of Plateau-Mont-Royal was closed to commuters Saturday morning.
At around 2:30 a.m., a water main break transformed Berri St. and St-Joseph Blvd. into a slippery mess.
City workers spent most of the morning cleaning up and attempting to cap the leak in frigid temperatures.
