Court was told that Turner walked into the office in March 2013, threatened two employees with scissors and locked the front door.

The women were then led into separate rooms where they were assaulted until one of them fought the man off and he ran away.

The court also heard that Turner has a long record, with more than 30 convictions for such crimes as sexual assault, harassment and making indecent phone calls.

Long-term offender status means Turner will be closely monitored for 10 years after his release.
