Montreal children’s library re-opens in new location

MONTREAL – The Montreal Children’s library  celebrated the re-opening of its downtown branch on Saturday.

The non-profit has been around since 1929 and recently moved to the corner of Pierce and Ste-Catherine.

The library is sharing space with another non-profit organization called Innovation Youth, which takes care of teens who are having trouble getting through high school.

Families who attended the event on Saturday were treated to a variety of fun activities, including story time, arts and crafts and even a performance by Grammy Award winner, Jennifer Gasoi.
