HALIFAX – Halifax police say an 81-year-old man who was hit by a minivan earlier this month has died in hospital.
Arthur Crann was struck while trying to cross Wyse Road in Dartmouth on Jan. 9.

Police say Crann was not in the crosswalk when he was hit.
The driver and a passenger in the minivan were not injured.
Police say their investigation has concluded and no charges will be laid.
